Client Relationship Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Coordinator. This role primarily involves managing outgoing operations and fostering positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote service and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for timely and efficient delivery of client’s requirements.
  • Maintain inventory of mailing supplies and follow-ups, and replenish as needed.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests related to outgoing mail, providing timely and courteous responses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communication for future reference.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service operations.
