Sales Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our digital sales team and drive revenue growth through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce, and a proven record of accomplishment of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and manage the digital sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive performance and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments for sales efforts, and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and ROI, and use insights to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and third-party vendors to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital sales and e-commerce, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage digital sales tools and platforms, including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and sales automation software, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the digital sales team and drive performance improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
